Clinical skills training which ends with signed-off competence
Online learning, supervised practice and a competency record for every course, so you and your employer can see exactly what has been achieved.
How every course works
Knowledge alone doesn’t make a practitioner competent. Each course follows the same three stages, from theory to sign-off in your own workplace.
1. Learn online
Self-paced e-learning covering anatomy, evidence, risk and professional accountability, with an assessment at the end.
2. Practise under supervision
A classroom session with manikin practice, led by an experienced clinical educator, to build safe technique.
3. Sign off in practice
A structured competency record for your assessor to complete in the clinical area.

Written by nurses who lead clinical services
Our courses are developed by senior registered nurses with experience of setting clinical standards, supporting staff through competency frameworks and governing safe practice across NHS services.
That means content that reflects how skills are actually taught, assessed and audited, not just how they appear in a textbook.
